DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MORTGAGE
1. Mortgage transactions of real estates that are provided as collateral for all loans to be opened by public institutions and organizations (including Ordu Assistance Institution), banks, Tradesmen and Craftsmen Credit and Guarantee Cooperatives, and loan or debt agreements made between the creditor and the debtor and their guarantors, if any, without the issuance of an official promissory note upon the request of the parties.
2. Identity card or representation document of the real estate owner and the beneficiary in person or their authorized representatives.
3. 6x4 photographs of the parties taken within the last 6 months.
