DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TERMINATION PROCEDURES (MORTGAGE)
1. Mortgages established in favor of public legal entities, banks and financial institutions
a letter or representation document written by that bank or financial institution for cancellation
(Cancellation fee receipt).
2. In others, an identity card or representation document of the beneficiary or
authorized representatives.
Note: According to Article 88 of the Land Registry Regulation, cancellation documents must be sent in accordance with the
notification law numbered 7201.
